Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko has accepted defeat in the Formula 1 world championship after Max Verstappen was knocked out of the Austrian Grand Prix by Andrea Kimi Antonelli on the first lap. Verstappen now trails championship leader Oscar Piastri by 61 points. Marko believes the gap is too significant for Red Bull to catch up in the remaining 13 rounds unless they make significant progress. Christian Horner, Red Bull boss, acknowledged that McLaren is dominating the competition and that Red Bull needs to work harder and smarter to improve their performance. Despite the challenges, Horner remains optimistic about Red Bull’s potential in the upcoming races.
